Chelsea and Manchester United are both hot on the trail of 16-year-old Genoa sensation Pietro Pellegri, claims the  Sun .

Pellegri became the youngest goal-scorer in Serie A history last season, and has already netted a brace against Lazio this term.
Sources close to Genoa say that the Serie A side will accept no less than £40 million for the teenage striker.
